Guidelines for Signing Up Process

- LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Required Paperwork for preparing to be Yolo Ride London’s Fleet Partner Driver.

All Potential drivers will need to share the following documents with us to be considered for a role with Yolo Ride London.

Please ensure that you have all these documents to hand before starting the process, we will ask you to share a photograph of each of the following:

1. DVLA Driving License

The DVLA Full License (e.g., not provisional) and the address on the license must match the address on your Private Hire Driver’s license.

2. PCO Driver Badge

Your photo, name and expiry date must be visible, and all details must match your PCO Paperwork.

3. Private Hire Driver License (TfL PCO Paper license)

A photo of the whole license page and note that the address here must match the address on your DVLA Driving License.

4. Private Hire Vehicle License

A Photograph of the whole license page. Please note that the vehicle registration, make and model must match your vehicles V5C logbook registration

5. MOT Test Certificate

Your MOT Certificate must have been issued within the last 6 months; however, this is not required for vehicles less than 12 months old. -

6. V5C logbook

All pages of your V5C logbook showing the vehicle registration and vehicle keeper details If you have recently purchased the vehicle, your new keeper slip will be accepted for a period of up to 2 months from the date of sale.

7. Hire and Reward - Insurance Certificate

Insurance certificate must clearly state cover for hire and reward. All details on the insurance policy must match those in the above document. A. If your vehicle is insured under fleet insurance, you need to provide Schedule page where is your name is stated for the use of the policy.

8. Profile picture

Please Provide a clear profile photo taken against a white background. No glasses to be worn in photo.

9. Car Hire Agreement:

If you are using Rental Car as Minicab, select Vehicle Owner: Rental & Provide Rental Agreement & Permission Letter from Owner to use the vehicle as minicab.

10. DVLA Check Code:

You Need to pre-apply DVLA Check code on View or share your driving licence information - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) - & print or download it and upload it to our website / app.

*Tips: Make sure any documents or photos that you upload has all 4-corner of the image are visible. Any corner cut or hidden in image are not acceptable.
